It was a friday and Sergey decided it was time to introduce some local Russian dishes.. and its locally(Sakhalin) brewed pure beer. So, Sergey, Alexander, his wifey and myself headed to this Russian restaurant I could not read or remember the name.
Started off with these little scallops in oriental sauce.
Followed by scallops in mustard sauce.
Some pure beer that I forgot the name(its been 2 weeks). Tastes much better than the Baltika 7.
Dried salmon?
Something with cheese and fried.
Main course, potatos with fried scallops.
