After several weeks of R&D(dpreview, etc.), listening to advises and opinions, visiting camera shops.. I have finally decided to get the Canon EOS350D over Panasonic's Lumix FZ50 and FZ8, Nikon's D40x. The reason not going to EOS400D has got a few reasons, budget, how long I can stick to this new toy, value for money. A few reviews mentioned there are no significant performance advantage of having a 400D over a 350D even with 10MP, antidust, etc.
Tried out a macro shot... of a wild flower in my garden.. coincidently... I saw this same flower on my 'daily quotes' calendar.
